Compliance With Following National / International Standards: The Fraass breaking point method provides a measure of the brittleness of bitumen and bituminous binders at low temperatures. A bituminous binder sample is spread on a thin steel blade to a uniform thickness, this blade is subjected to constant cooling and flexed repeatedly until the binder layer cracks.
